Doctoral Studies » Dissertation

In order to be admitted to the PhD program applicants need to submit a project proposal (click here for admission requirements). Once admitted, these proposals will be fine-tuned by candidates throughout the first year of studies. The activities of the 6 modules that make up the Doctoral School of the Interpreting Department are designed to allow students to refine their scientific approach and integrate this knowledge into their projects.

Once the cycle of modules has been completed, students will write their thesis in close cooperation with their advisor. While empirical research can be carried out at a remote location, all PhD students have full and preferential access to ETI's experimental research lab (LaborInt) as well as all other facilities.
